It was a half day outing with Mummy & Daddy's usual Kakis again! This time we went to Parkway Parade as Mummy wanted to make use of her Isetan Voucher to buy a Jacket for me. This is in preparation of our upcoming Hong Kong Trip. Mummy was worried that the weather might be too cold for me, especially at Disneyland. Mummy's colleague had told her that Disneyland would be pretty cold as it is very near the sea! Will take a pic to show you how my new jacket look like ok! I think the Jacket looks real cool.. Just like me.. Kekeke...
Here's a few pic of me playing with the rides at Parkway:
That is a fun ride!!
Yippe!! I know I to drive..
Daddy can I drive your car next time??
After which we proceed to East Coast Lagoon to have our dinner... Of course all the nice looking and smelling dishes are not for me.. :( Mummy only offered me yohurt to eat. Wahahaha.. When can I eat all those nice looking food???
Later at the end of the day, Uncle Terence *sorry to make you sound that old, coz I can't be calling you ko ko* Wahahaha.. invited to his 4-storey house in Kembangan.. The house is really BIG!!! Uncle Terence's grandmum took a liking to me and keep kissing me on my cheeks.. Mmmm... But who is this old lady to kiss me.. *frowning* But nevertheless I let her to.. Wahahaha...
Extract from Babycenter.com Do all babies experience separation anxiety? Yes, to a degree. At certain stages, most babies or toddlers will show true anxiety and be upset at the prospect — or reality — of being separated from a parent. If you think about separation anxiety in evolutionary terms, it makes sense: A defenseless baby would naturally get upset at being separated from the person who protects and cares for him.
In many ways, attitudes about babies and separations are cultural. Western countries tend to stress autonomy from a very early age. But in many other cultures, infants are rarely separated from their mother in the first year of life.
Regardless of the origins of this normal developmental stage, it's frustrating for babies and parents. The good news is that separation anxiety will pass and there are ways to make it more manageable. And in the meantime, enjoy the sweetness of knowing that to your child, you're number one.
When does it most commonly occur? Babies can show signs of separation anxiety as early as 6 or 7 months, but the crisis age for most babies is between 12 to 18 months. Most commonly, separation anxiety strikes when you or your spouse leaves your child to go to work or run an errand. Babies can also experience separation anxiety at night, safely tucked in their cribs with Mom and Dad in the next room.
Mmmm.. Mummy was saying I don't have any of the symptoms as I am an ultra friendly baby.. But the downside is that Mummy is worried that I can be easily carried away by stranger! So where is my SEPARATION ANXIETY??
This triggered Mummy to keep asking me if I love her or not.. Wahahaha
It's my Birthday Bash?? Nah.. It is Justin's Ko Ko!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN KO KO!!
Aunty Siew Ping was very sweet to invite us to attend. I was really looking forward to see Justin Ko Ko.. But however he was really very tired to play with me :( Understand from Siew Peng Aunty that Justin did not have any nap from 3 pm till late evening. Poor Ko Ko, think he must be really tired for all the entertainment. Mummy wanted to take a photo of Ko ko, but he is really not in the mood to.. Only managed to capture his side profile.. kekeke
Mmmm.. Since Ko ko too tired to entertain the guest, I decided to take over by diverting all their attention to me.. Wahahaha.. While Mummy was feeding me, I started to kick up a fuss as Mummy was really slow in feeding me! *Mummy must brush up on your skills ah* Naturally with all the noises that I created, everyone was now surronding me to watch my performance.. Wahhahaha... Of course this also make Mummy blushing with all the attention.. Oops...
Mummy's voice: "Jareth Baby, the porridge is real hot ah.. If you scald yourself, you will be left with two saugages on your mouth.. :P "
Mummy decided to take a few photos with of me with her ex-colleagues.. Here's some of them:
Vanessa Aunty with me! Pic of us before going back Daddy was commenting that Mummy is acting as if it is my Birthday Party coz was she was too enthusiatic over all the photo taking.. Wahaha..
Justin ko ko, I didn't mean to steal the limelight (if I had).. :D
After Mummy's colleague told her that she is able to book the seats in the singaporeair website.. Mummy quickly logged in hopefully to get a good seat* for all of us..
However to her horror, all the seats are already pre allocated becoz of my bassinet.. And all the good seats are already snap out!!! Sigh...
*Mummy's defination of good seats = window seats
Here's an illustration of our seat allocation: Our seats are in BLUE
This is my 2nd time traveling to Malacca again! But this time is only with Daddy and Mummy. And as usual, Mummy was very happy that I am very well behaved during the journey.. As I had slept like a log throughout.. Kekeke
Last week, Daddy was saying Justin di di was sick coz he had phlegm in his lungs.. But now seeing di di all well again makes me very happy.. :D
Di di's Justin's feet wearing the socks really look very cute, I was so attracted by it that I keep crawling after it.. But as Mummy find me very Cho Loh, she kept pulling me back.. Wahhha... * I want di di's leg * Mummy also keep saying I am like a 印度人,as it is their culture to kiss pple's leg.. Wahahaha..
Mummy I am definately a CHINESE ok! If not, what makes you & Daddy then :P
Mummy received this mailer from Nestle.. And she found the wordings very meaningful and really describe exactly how she felt during this 8 months of journey with me..
However some changes to the words thou:
Jareth sits at the dinning table in his little ikea white high chair, Blowing baby-sized kisses to me in the air.
Naps in the afternoon so that I can prepare food for him, Loves it when I offer new toys to him .
Squeals in delights when Daddy tickles his toes, Can't believe how fast he has grown.
And even my work is never done, All I want is the best for this precious little one!
Yippee!! Mummy say I am a clever boy because I know how push myself up to sit on my own!! Mummy tried to take a video of me when i tried to sit! But in the end I was making a lot of noise and not being cooperative cause Mummy doesn't want to give me her handphone to TASTE! Hmp!
But you can see my crawling stance :D
Mummy's voice: Jareth daring, Handphone is meant for calling and msg'g, not for eating ya! :D
