Depression

Not to worry, it’s not me who is having depression. I am too youth to know what is that anyway..

So who is having depression?

One of Mummy’s ex-colleague is having the depression. The reason why we are penning this down is because we are so ignorant of the fact that depression is something that can hit everyone. From a person who is full of life, the joker of the pack and swift decision maker to a withdrawn individual who is always lost and distraught.

All of us will go through moments of unhappiness or sadness which is part and parcel of our life. As time passes, wounds will eventually heal and people will get on with their life. However certain people will continue to live in this moment which can lead to depression. It can be so severe that it dominates their live and preventing them to cope as what they used to be. From simple things like having their meals, they would fret about how to go about doing it; from what to eat and where to eat.

Mummy is trying all her best to give what ever support that she can. Hopefully with all the support he has received, he is able to brace himself up and revert back to his usual self whom we really miss.

What Mummy wants to drive through is… life is so short… we should always be positive and happy in every way.. It is all about choices.. And not forgetting that whatever choices you make, people around you will be affected by it. Especially your loved ones..

And even at your busiest moments, we should always take a break and spend some time with your loved ones… Why and who are your slogging for anyway?

So in a nutshell, let us choose to be HAPPY and spread it around!
